Wednesday

The day prior to RacerXX is typically reserved for Meet & Greet at the hotel as well as track set-up.  We gather as people arrive from all corners of the country and then head to the track in the late afternoon.  Better to get set up the evening before than have to worry about it on the morning before riding.

• All Day till 3:00: Meet & Greet @ at Days Inn, Lake Park, GA

• 4:00: Arrive at track and begin set-up

• 6:00: Depart Track and find some dinner

• 9:00: Most people get to bed early to get rest

RacerXX TRACKDAYS

THURSDAY & FRIDAY

Details for Both Days...

• 6:30-7:00: Breakfast at Days Inn

• 7:30-8:00: Arrive at track and begin to get ready

• No Race Motors allowed until 9:00am

• 8:30: Riders Meeting - Mandatory!

• 9:00: Track Opens

• Noon: Track Closed for lunch

• 1:00: Track Opens

• 5:00: Track Closed

• 7:30: Dinner (Location TBD)

Saturday

Free Day to hang out and socialize.  Drinking, Lunch, drinking, debauchery.  If you are really hardcore, Jennings has one of their Open Days on this Saturday.  You can sign up with them if desired.  Several of us plan to go shooting.

• 9:00: Range Day! Olympia Bend Plantation

• 5:00: Hotel Hangout Time

Sunday

Hugs, Tears, and Departures.  Time to put a wrap on the weekend and head back to reality until next year.
